Following a messy divorce, I found myself back in the dating game, however, the rules had completely changed! I realised I needed to understand more about what I wanted in a relationship and decode the world of dating to be able to regain my confidence, move on and get back out there. The advice I provide my clients with about dating and relationships is tried and tested from someone who knows how hard it can be to get back into the dating scene and feel good about yourself.
Working professionally in the field of people development, I realised that my success in dating came from applying lots of the thinking I used to help individuals develop their careers. By changing the emphasis from business to relationship development, I have been able to create coaching techniques that help individuals move forward, build their confidence and successfully build relationships.
