Cancellation by customer

Any participant who registers for a Smart Dating UK dating event has the right to cancel by telephoning or sending an e-mail making this request to cancellation@smartdatinguk.com. Depending on the cancellation notice period you may be offered a cash refund or an alternative event as follows:

Cancellation by Smart Dating UK

Smart Dating UK will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on their web site or emails. Smart Dating UK reserve the right to change and / or cancel dating event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, venue and/or insufficient number of participants for the event. We hold the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. If we do need to cancel an event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another available Smart Dating UK event up to the same value of the cancelled event.

If participants choose not to turn up on the evening and give no prior notice then the number of dates may be less than the number expected. No refund will be made to those cancelling less than 72 hours (3 calendar days) before the event or to those attending who had fewer introductions than expected.
