About Smart Dating speed dating events
The Smart Dating UK speed dating experience was launched 12 months ago by four thirty-somethings who'd each become somewhat disillusioned with the single scene. Between them they'd tried most forms of dating and although they each had met some lovely people, were finding most dating methods to be costly, time consuming and ineffective. speed dating was not being offered in the, area so the idea grew, and Smart Dating UK was born... We are currently looking for speed dating venues in Leeds, so if you know somewhere you think may be suitable, please do let us know and we will give you and your friends free places at our Leeds launch event.
How long will the speed dating experience in Leeds last?
speed dating in Leeds will normally involve about 20 three-minute dates, with 30-second intervals to move around to the next table and make brief notes about the person you just met. After about 8 dates we stop the official dating for a well-deserved break. Get a drink from the bar and listen out for the horn which signals that the next round is about to start. The official speed dating part of the evening usually consists of three rounds after which you can stay in the bar to chat to others or rush home to input your matches and see your results coming in..
