A historic Savoyarde market town, Morzine has managed to preserve it's original alpine charm despite being a gateway to 650 km of ski runs, and located slap bang in the middle of the Portes du Soleil ski area.

With both sides of the Les Gets Valley accessible to skiers and boarders, the resort is divided into 3 sectors: Pleney is found above the town and to the West, Super Morzine is located to the East (along with the main ski link to Avoriaz) and Nyon-Chamossiere to the North.

For the more advanced skier, there are famous runs such as the Swiss Wall and the World Cup Downhill black plus the challenging full day Portes du Soleil circuit, which covers 80km of pistes and 2 countries without ever having to take the same lift twice!
