Are you new to Speed Dating? Be assured, it’s much more relaxed and fun than you can begin to expect. If you come along with an open mind, you will have a great time, simply enjoy the mini-dates and leave the rest to us.
Our evening starts at 7.30pm when we will welcome you and show you to the bar area where you can mingle and relax with our other guests, over a complimentary glass of wine. Once we are ready to start we will explain to you, in very easy terms, how Speed Dating works and the fun begins. Broadly speaking ladies you stay seated and the gents move to the next table when they are instructed. Each mini-date is around 5 to 8 minutes and we continue like this until all the gents have moved around the room, meeting all the ladies.
Now as this is a When The Music Stops event you will be given a match sheet at the start and you can use it throughout the evening to make your notes. At the end of the night, you hand in your completed match sheet to your hostess Karen, who will complete the match-making and text you your results within 24 hours, just in time for that weekend date!
Our evening will end around 10.30pm or 11pm and you are free to stay and mingle in the Hotel’s bar or comfortable lounge area.
