What if I've forgotten my password?

What do I do if I don't have an email address?
It is not essential that you have an email address to come speed dating. You can send a message to your matches through our web site and give them your phone number. If you would like to set up a free email address try www.yahoo.co.uk or www.hotmail.com.
What if I've got another technical problem?
If you're experiencing any form of technical error then contact us by email or telephone, and we will give you as much help as we can. Before emailing or calling, make sure you have made a note of any error messages, and also have your username and email address handy.
