Payment
Can I book in advance?
Yes. All events operate on a first come first served basis so it's important to book early to avoid any disappointment. No bookings can be taken on the night.
When do I pay?
You pay when you book on line and you'll receive an e-mail as confirmation or you can call us on 0870 750 6392.
Can I book more than one event?
Be our guest. You'd certainly be increasing your chances of meeting more new single people from your area as 80% of our Smart Daters are first timers.
What if I need to cancel?
We'd be sorry if you did and you would miss out for sure but if unforeseen circumstances prevented you from attending, we'd be happy to move you onto another event at a later date, subject to availability. For further details see our cancellation policy.
